  125. with (or even perhaps above) the de facto State corportations because the
  126. de facto State's can make no laws abridging the priviledges and immunities
  127. of the U.S. citizens (14th Amendment, Clause 1).  The Supreme Court and
  128. lower court decisions with regard to this clause in the 14th amendment are
  129. numerous.
